Tips:
1. Bananas should be well-ripe. If the flesh is black, just remove it. Mango should also be yellow and ripe;
2. Homemade banana milk is not easy to keep fresh, so it must be squeezed and drunk to prevent loss of nutrition;
3. Mine is a little thicker, if you want to be thinner, you can add a little more milk;
4. After squeezing, you can drink directly without filtering, and the filtered taste is more delicate.
