Banana Walnut Cake
1.
Prepare the material, clean the mold and dry it. Bananas are best to use relatively ripe bananas. Take out the eggs in advance to warm up.
2.
Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Use a manual whisk to beat and mix well.
3.
Sieved for use
4.
I used a 9-inch pizza pan, just right. It's not sticky. I still wiped it with a little bit of butter. Put the butter in the mold. Use a kitchen paper towel to rub the butter in a circle, so that the hands won't get dirty! Then preheat the oven to 190 degrees up and down.
5.
Peel the bananas and put them in a clean water-free basin. Note, use tools to press into mud, the small rice shovel I use, whatever is convenient to use, just press into mud.
6.
Beat in eggs that have been warmed up, or directly at room temperature, foreign eggs, which are relatively large. Add powdered sugar and corn oil.
7.
Whisk evenly with a manual whisk, be sure to mix well. There is no requirement for tactics.
8.
Then pour in the sifted powder evenly, not all in one corner.
9.
Using a spatula, go down from the center point, stroke the center to the edge of the basin, and turn from the edge of the basin to the middle, and stir evenly. Or you can use the manual whisk directly, the same operation, the whisk go down from the center, turn up to the edge of the basin, and the egg beater is knocked down on the edge of the basin, repeat the action, and stir evenly. Slightly faster, don't over-mix.
10.
Then pour it into the mold and shake it flat. Shake the mold to make big bubbles.
11.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Remember to break up the chopped walnuts in advance.
12.
Put it in the middle of the oven. The original baking pan used is just in the middle of the oven. Adjust 180 degrees up and down and bake for 32 minutes.
13.
Satisfied with the color, stamped with tin foil in time
14.
After baking it, take it out with heat-resistant gloves, prepare a piece of greased paper, cover the cake with greased paper, turn it over to release the mold easily, turn it over again, cool it, and pack and seal it when it's warm. Eat warm, delicious!
15.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. Be sure to put baking soda and baking powder, these amounts really do not affect your health! safe.
2. It is not recommended to reduce sugar. My daughter said it tasted just right and slightly sweet.
3. You can double the amount to make a golden plate, I will just have a pizza plate, which is just right for the whole family.
4. I have cooked walnuts and peeled walnuts with paper skins.
