1.
First, cover five sides of the mold with greased paper.
2.
Beat 150 grams of softened butter and 40 grams of sugar.
3.
Add the eggs several times, and mix them evenly after each addition, that is, there is no oil-water separation.
4.
This is the state of the final mix.
5.
The banana is pressed with a fork, it does not matter if there are some particles.
6.
Add milk and mix well.
7.
Pour into the beaten "4" butter eggs.
8.
Sift in 220 grams of flour, 3 grams of cinnamon powder, 3 grams of baking powder, and 3 grams of baking soda powder, stir and mix well.
9.
Stir in about 30 grams of crushed walnuts.
10.
Install the mold and sprinkle some walnuts on the surface, about 20 grams.
11.
Put it into a 180-degree oven and bake for about 28 minutes. Use a probe to insert and bring out the unattached material.
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of egg liquid to prevent separation of oil and water, and mix thoroughly after each addition.
2. It is the best state of baking when there are just no attachments. After baking for a long time, the taste will not be moist.
