Bannick Egg

The toast is slightly crispy in an oven or toaster, and you can control it by yourself according to the taste you like. The oven is generally preheated at 170 degrees and bake for about 5 minutes. Turn it over in the middle, and the tomatoes can be roasted together while baking the toast.

Pure meat sausage slices.

Spread the sausage on the toast, put two slices of tomato on top and a slice of lettuce next to it.

Make the sauce (for details, please refer to the tips): Put the sauce materials into the container, and steam on the pot until all the ingredients are melted and mixed evenly.

To make soft-boiled eggs: Bring to a boil with a little vinegar. Use egg pumps to stir the water in the pot in one direction until it becomes a whirlpool. Turn the heat to low and add the eggs. The egg whites are solidified for about 1-2 minutes. (Because the mother-in-law doesn't eat western food, she was given gnocchi next to her, just to save trouble)

Put the prepared poached egg on top.

Tips:
1. The degree of fluidity of the water boiled egg can be adjusted by itself, but generally it will not be fluid after 3 minutes.
2. The dishes can be adjusted.
