Barbecued Pork

Cut the plum meat into strips of the same thickness along the line, the thickness is about 1 cm

Cut green onion into small pieces, slice ginger, mince garlic and set aside

Add a little water to the red yeast rice and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat to a low heat and let it cool for ten minutes. The soup can be used for color enhancement.

Dissolve the maltose with a little boiled water and put all the spices in the basin

Then add an appropriate amount of boiled cold red yeast rice and mix well

Put the meat in the sauce, mix well, add a little dry starch, and marinate for two or three hours.

After the meat is marinated, preheat the upper and lower fires of the oven at 250 degrees for a few minutes, then place the meat on the grates and put them in the middle of the oven for roasting

A tray of tin foil should be placed on the bottom heating tube, and there will be oil dripping, it is best to put a piece of tin foil

Bake for 15 minutes and brush the maltose syrup on the back side. Bake the other side for about 10 to 15 minutes. After it comes out, brush the syrup again and it will be ready.
