Pork Noodles with Pickled Vegetables

Set aside shredded ginger, mince potherb mustard, shredded plum meat

Pour in edible oil, ginger and plum meat, stir-fry until the meat changes color, pour in soy sauce and cooking wine, stir and stir evenly

Pour the potherb mustard and stir fry evenly
