Barbecued Pork Ribs

Soak the short ribs in clean water for half an hour and then wash them.

Put the barbecued pork sauce into the ribs and fully grasp it, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 12 hours

Pour oil in the pot and turn on medium heat

After the oil is heated, pour in the marinated ribs and stir fry for a while, then pour a small bowl of water, cover the pot and cook for 40 minutes. Stir fry several times in the middle to avoid drying up the pot.

Tips:
It's best to marinate the ribs the night before and cook them at noon the next day
When soaking the ribs, change the water 3 times halfway
When cooking pork ribs, stir fry frequently to prevent sticking to the pan
