Ribs Corn Soup

1. Put cold water into the pot, blanch the water to remove blood foam

2. Boil water, pour pork ribs, add cooking wine and garlic cloves

3. Boil on high fire

4. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes

5. Pour in corn and carrots, simmer for 20 minutes

6. Add salt, simmer for 20 minutes
