Ingredients

Barbecued Pork Ribs in Rice Cooker

1. Fresh ribs.

2. Soak in clean water for one hour.

3. Wash and drain.

4. I use Haitian barbecued pork sauce.

5. Put the char siu sauce in the ribs.

6. After mixing with hands or chopsticks, add sugar.

7. Grab evenly.

8. Pour the oil in the inner pot of the rice cooker.

9. Put the marinated ribs in the pot.

10. Pour the soup in.

11. Cover the lid, turn on the rice cooker, and press the firewood function.

12. After the work is over, turn it over with chopsticks, then close the lid, and continue to press the quick cooking function.

13. After the rice cooker is finished working, just take it out and install it on the plate.

Tips:

I put the ribs in the refrigerator for a day, adding more flavor. (If you are in a hurry, you can do it right away, but it's not that tasty)
General rice cooker function can be done.
The barbecued pork sauce has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt and light soy sauce.
