Barbecued Pork Skewers with Teriyaki Sauce
1.
Cut 300 grams of pork front groove into small pieces.
2.
Prepare 5 grams of shallots and cut into small pieces for later use.
3.
Prepare 3 grams of minced garlic.
4.
200 grams of teriyaki sauce for use.
5.
Take a clean bowl, pour 200 grams of teriyaki sauce, one teaspoon of cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 3 grams of minced garlic and stir well.
6.
Put the cut into small pieces of the front groove meat into a bowl, let the meat and the sauce fully mix, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the meat fully taste.
7.
Put the chilled meat on a bamboo skewer with 5 grams of onion cubes at intervals, in the middle of the oven, bake it at 250 degrees for 18 minutes, then brush it with a layer of honey and bake it for 2 minutes.
Tips:
I feel that the onion and the meat should be worn next to each other when grilling next time, and the onion should not be mushy if it is cut smaller --- I have not practiced it in my own opinion!
In addition, the baking time can be adjusted at will according to the temper of your own oven.
