Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Wash the cut plum meat in cool and dry water

Add ginger shreds, pour in cooking wine and marinate

Two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of barbecued pork sauce

Tips:
I use Xiaoxiong brand tartar pot to make barbecued pork. Be sure to control the heat and turn it frequently, otherwise it will burn. Add honey and turn it over twice to get the dish.
