Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

1. Wash the pork, soak it in clean water for 2 hours, remove it, drain and wipe off the water, and cut into suitable sizes.
2. Put light soy sauce, barbecued pork sauce, honey, and cooking wine in a bowl and mix well. Put the cut meat in a bowl and stir. Dip in the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
