I have always missed the barbecued pork in the university dining hall. It has a soft, plump and sweet taste. I tried to bake it twice with a bread machine, but it was not ideal, but I finally got this taste in the oven.

Ingredients

Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

1. 1. Wash the pork, soak it in clean water for 2 hours, remove it, drain and wipe off the water, and cut into suitable sizes.
2. Put light soy sauce, barbecued pork sauce, honey, and cooking wine in a bowl and mix well. Put the cut meat in a bowl and stir. Dip in the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the marinated meat on the baking tray, brush the surface with the sauce for marinating, put it into the oven, middle layer, and bake for 20 minutes.

Tips:

In the second half, take it out and brush some marinated sauce and honey. The color and taste will be better. The color will be darker with soy sauce. Can add sugar, I didn't put it here.
