Homemade Braised Pork

Cut the five-layered meat into 2 cm cubes, boil cold water in a pot to remove any blood foam

Heat the pan with cold oil, add star anise and pepper, deep fry

Put pork belly and stir fry, then add cooking wine, braised soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and stir fry evenly.

Pour in hot water, add green onion, ginger, garlic and rock sugar, and bring to a boil.

Cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer slowly for 20 minutes, then pick out the green onions, and continue to simmer for about 40 minutes.

You can put less salt before cooking
