Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
A piece of pork is about 250 grams, three spoons of barbecued pork sauce, and a little honey.
2.
Wash the pork belly and poke holes with a toothpick to make it easier to taste.
3.
Add the barbecued pork sauce and spread evenly.
4.
Place in the refrigerator to marinate for more than half a day until it tastes good.
5.
Take it out in advance to warm up, put it on the grill and let it air dry; preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Remember to put a baking tray lined with tin foil underneath to catch the dripping juice.
6.
Take out, spread the marinated pork with char siu sauce on both sides, bake for about 10 minutes, take out, brush with honey, and bake for another 5 minutes.
7.
Take it out, slice it, put it on a plate, and you're ready.
