Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Mix all the seasonings and marinate pork belly. The amount of char siu sauce should be less than that of the meat. The marinating time is at least 24 hours. I usually marinate for about 30 hours, turning it every 7 or 8 hours.

After marinating, start baking. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes. Wrap the baking sheet with tin foil and set aside.

Put the marinated meat on top.

Before entering the oven, brush the marinade on the surface again.

Put the pork belly in the preheated oven and start roasting.

Take it out after baking for 20 minutes, turn it over, brush the material and bake it again for 15 minutes! Don't mind a little burnt, it's fragrant.

Don't rush out the roasted meat. Simmer it in the oven for a while before taking it out. You can slice it when it's not so hot.

Don't waste the rest of the marinade, cook it over low heat.
9.
Just pour the cooked marinade over the cut pork.
