Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

After cleaning the plum meat, put it in a container and add the barbecued pork sauce

Add minced garlic, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for half a day (it's best to turn it over halfway)

Put the marinated meat in the baking tray (lay tin foil underneath)

Put it in the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes

Take it out again and apply a layer of bee and peanut oil mixture. Re-enter the oven to bake for another 8 minutes
Tips:
1. If you like to eat with some fat, you can choose good pork belly.
2. The meat must be marinated for more than a few hours to taste;
3. The roasting time depends on the thickness of the meat and the temperament of the oven.
