Barbie Cake
1.
Separate the white and egg yolk, add fine sugar to the white in three times, and beat with an electric whisk.
2.
When the whisk is lifted, the egg white can pull out a short, upright sharp corner, which indicates that the dry foaming state has been reached and the whisking can be stopped. Then put the whipped egg whites in the refrigerator to prevent defoaming, and we will continue to make egg yolk paste.
3.
Use a manual whisk to break up the 5 egg yolks. Add in sugar, milk and oil in sequence and mix well.
4.
Add the sifted flour and stir evenly with a rubber spatula (like stir-frying). Do not stir in circular motions to avoid gluten in the flour.
5.
This is the mixed egg yolk paste.
6.
Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator, put 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, and stir evenly with a rubber spatula. Put another 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste. After mixing evenly, pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white bowl and stir evenly with the same method until the egg white and egg yolk paste are fully mixed.
7.
Pour the mixed batter into the Barbie mold, smooth it, hold the mold with your hands and shake it twice on the table to shake out the large bubbles inside. Put it in the preheated oven, 140 degrees, about 1 hour.
8.
My oven is relatively low, and the expanded cake is too close to the heating tube, so when I bake it for about 20 minutes, I cover it with tin foil to prevent it from cracking or mushy due to high surface temperature. (The large oven can be ignored!), the baked cake is taken out of the oven, and immediately upside down on the cooling rack until it cools.
9.
Then use a soft spatula to extend the edges and gently cut out the cake.
10.
Mark 5 equal parts with a toothpick, and divide the cake slices.
11.
Barbie washes it clean and wraps it in plastic wrap.
12.
Cut the yellow peach into cubes, add the sugar and milk powder to the whipped cream, and beat with an electric whisk.
13.
First spread a layer of cream, sprinkle with diced yellow peaches, and then cover with a layer of cream. Shop in this way.
14.
Spread a part of the white cream and smooth it out.
15.
Take a little cream, add a few drops of pink pigment to make the pink cream, and spread the remaining exposed cake.
16.
Put the white cream in a piping bag and squeeze out the lace.
17.
Then take a little white cream, add a few drops of pink pigment to make a darker pink color, and put it in a piping bag to frame the skirt.
18.
Put cream on Barbie's upper body and decorate it with white jelly beans, and it's done!
19.
So dreamy! Girls love it so much!
20.
I can't bear to eat it!
