Barley and Dragon Bone Soup

Wash the keel first

Put a piece of ginger to boil water in the pot

When the water is boiled, the blood foam will float and turn off the heat, drain the keel and wash it.

Then add the washed barley and simmer slowly for two hours.

After simmering for an hour and a half, add the carrots and continue to simmer for another half an hour, adding salt before cooking.
