Kelp Keel Soup

Ingredients: Keel (washed and blanched), kelp (washed)

Put the washed kelp on the chopping board and cut it.

Put the blanched keel into the pressure cooker.

Combine the cut kelp.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add 0.5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.
