Barley and Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

Wash the ginger and slice it, pick the chives and make a knot for later use

Wash the wax gourd and cut into large pieces

After the barley is sorted, soak in clean water for about 2 hours

Rinse the ribs, soak them in cold water for about 1 hour in advance, take out the blood, then add the ginger slices to the pot, blanch the water, and rinse for later use.

Put enough water in the casserole and rinse the ribs

Put in the fully soaked barley

Add ginger and chives

Turn the high heat to a low heat for 1 hour

1 hour later, add the winter melon, continue to boil for about 30 minutes

Add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper about 15 minutes before turning off the heat. When the time is up, turn off the heat and eat
