Barley and Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

Prepare ingredients

Cut the winter melon into pieces, not too small
3.
Pork ribs and chicken rack in a pot under cold water, blanching

Put all the ingredients except wolfberry in a casserole, add water to submerge the ingredients, and simmer for about 1 and a half hours

Finally, add wolfberry, season with appropriate amount of salt and simmer for a while.
Tips:
1. The amount of medicinal materials is increased or decreased in an appropriate amount, not necessarily all of them are added
2. If you don't want to melt the winter melon, you can add it again in the middle. It is better not to peel it.
