Barley and Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

Wash the barley and soak in cold water for 2 hours.

Wash the spare ribs and blanch them in a boiling pot, then remove them to drain.

Put the barley and ribs into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

After adding ginger slices and a proper amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn on the electricity, and adjust it to the soup pot for 1 hour.

Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove the flesh.

Cut the winter melon into hob pieces.

Boil the barley and ribs for 50 minutes, then put the winter melon in the pot.
8.
After 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and turn off the power.

Stir well and enjoy.
