Barley Congee

Soak the rice in a basin for 2 hours.

Prepare the fruit.
3.
Put the soaked rice, mung beans, and barley in the pot for an hour.
4.
After the porridge is cooked, add rock sugar and stir to melt.
5.
Peel grapes and lychees, dice watermelon and melon, and dice some lychees.
6.
Put it in the porridge, mix well and bring to a boil.
