Barley Pumpkin Soup

Wash the barley and soak for 3 hours in advance.

Peel and seed the pumpkin, wash and smash it for later use.

Fresh milk is set aside.
4.
Add to the pot, add the barley and cook, pour in the crushed pumpkin, simmer for about 10 minutes, add salt, sugar and milk to taste.
5.
With secret pork floss, it is nutritious, healthy and more delicious.
Tips:
Barley must be soaked in advance to be easy to boil.
