Barley, Red Bean and Red Date Congee

Materials are ready.

Wash red bean and barley rice.

Cut the jujube meat from the red dates.

Put all the ingredients in a boiling pot and soak overnight. I soaked it at night, cooked it in the morning, and simmered it on a low fire for about an hour.

Wash the rice before soaking, so you don’t need to change the water when you live.
