Bayberry Hair Cake

Mix low-gluten flour and yeast.

The bayberry is squeezed into juice and filtered.

Stir the bayberry juice and flour into a thick batter.

Put it in a deep bowl with a layer of oil and wait for it to ferment.

The fermented batter is topped with raisins.
6.
Put it on the steaming rack and steam for 25 minutes after the water boils.
7.
Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes and open the lid (to prevent the cake from shrinking).
8.
Cut into pieces.
Tips:
The amount of bayberry juice is added as appropriate.
