Bbq Dried Tofu Roll (pan Version)
1.
Rinse the dried tofu with clean water, cut into finger width, slightly longer than the length of your finger, and cut all kinds of side dishes into strips and sections for later use! (You can add side dishes according to your preference. Basically, you can add them to the dishes that can be eaten raw, or you can cook sausages and meat first and roll them in)
2.
I am more accustomed to eating dried tofu, so I usually use two small pieces, staggered, and pull a small piece of the top one toward the body, put the side dish on the side close to the body, and then roll it slowly. Scroll tighter, even if it breaks, there is still the one below!
3.
After the two rolls are finished, seal them and fix them with toothpicks! (The seal is facing, so that the seal will not fall apart when frying in the back)
4.
Mix Pixian hot sauce, sweet noodle sauce, oil, and pepper to make a brushed sauce for later use! (You can also buy ready-made barbecue sauce, barbecue sauce, etc. to brush directly, or you can add various other seasonings according to your own taste)
5.
Put a little edible oil in a hot pan and put the dried tofu rolls on a medium-to-low heat, about 2 minutes, turn over and fry the other side! (Less oil, dry tofu does not absorb oil)
6.
Then brush the prepared sauce on the frying side, turn it over and brush the other side, sprinkle black pepper and cumin powder, turn it over and sprinkle the other side! Anyway, it's all cooked with sauce, then sprinkled with flour, and then fried! (For heavy taste, you can brush the sauce several times, sprinkle the powder several times, and add chili powder, etc.)
Tips:
1. This dish is a lazy fool's version, there are no skills at all!
2. The experience is to roll whatever you want, and brush whatever sauce you want!
3. Remember to go with something thin (with soup), although it is delicious, it is easy to choke after eating too much!
