1. Slice vegetables
2. Put lotus root slices, carrots, dried tofu, and fungus in a boiling pot of water.
3. Pass the meat slices in oil, remove them for later use, leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, saute the ginger and garlic slices, stir-fry the vegetables in the pan, pour in the meat slices, add salt, and season with soy sauce, ready to serve pot.
