Bbq Eggplant

Wash the eggplant and cut it in half. Use a knife to cut the eggplant into a grid as shown in the figure. Don't cut it.

Mince garlic.

Add all the seasonings except barbecue ingredients to the minced garlic and stir well.

Spread evenly on the eggplant and marinate for half an hour.

Pour half a bowl of water into the baking pan without preheating. Bake at the upper and lower fire at 185 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring.

Sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder after baking.
Tips:
1. Various seasonings can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
2. If you are in a hurry, you can steam the eggplant half-cooked while cooking, and then apply the seasoning and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. The seasoning sauce can also be heated or roasted with the eggplant and then smeared after roasting the eggplant.
