Bean Paste

Soak the soybeans in water for half a day, wash the carrots and cut into small pieces for later use.

Put the pork skin into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and add green onions and ginger.

Add a little more cooking wine, heat it until the water boils, and cook for ten minutes.
