For a person who can't braid braids, but always wants to make braided bread, is it a bit too masochistic? This time I challenged the six-strand braid. Although it is still not good, the finished product does not look too bad! ! ! The key is that this bread is delicious, with sweet red bean paste inside, and the red bean paste filling is also made by yourself! By the way, after I bought the oven and learned to bake, I can no longer see the things sold in the pastry shop outside. I still made the real materials by myself, without all kinds of messy additives, and even more delicious. The family’s preferences have been adjusted, and the family’s food is happy and assured, and I feel full of accomplishment! ! The bean paste filling inside can also be replaced with other fillings, it will be delicious if you leave it unfilled. I braid the braids casually. Later, someone gave me a picture of a six-strand braid, which I posted on the back. If you like to study, learn by yourself! !

1. Pour the ingredients except butter into the basin and stir clockwise with chopsticks

2. It is a wet and sticky state after stirring evenly

Pour the noodles on the panel, use a scraper to assist, beat and knead vigorously, until the thick film does not touch your hands, then add the softened butter to continue kneading; Note: The noodles are very sticky, but You can't add flour. The bread is made like this. The more water the more sticky your hands, but as long as you knead it well, the bread will taste amazing! It’s not convenient for me to take photos when I knead the noodles with both hands.

4. After kneading out the film, it won’t stick to my hands. I didn’t wash my hands.

5. The soft dough can be pulled out a thin but not broken film, this time it is OK

6. Put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place for fermentation

12. Roll into a long strip and seal the closing

13. After making 12 doughs in turn, take six of them

14. Pinch one end of the six noodles together

15. Braided in the shape of a braid; I don’t know how to braid, and I haven’t braided six-strand braids, so it’s not pretty. Later, a friend sent me a picture, and I also posted it. In the last picture Above, you can refer to it if you want to study it. The braided ends are small and the middle is bigger

17. This is the finished product I compiled

18. Line the baking tray with greased paper, put the two braids in the baking tray and ferment in a warm and humid place; Note: I put it in the upper layer of the oven, insert a plate of hot water in the lower layer, close the oven door, and ferment for 35 minutes

19. Fermentation is complete

20. Brush with whole egg liquid

21. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds; preheat the oven at 180 degrees, the upper and lower fire at 180 degrees, the middle of the oven, 25 minutes

22. A delicious bean paste braided bread is just fine, it makes a great breakfast! !

Tips:

Now there is heating in the house and the room temperature is relatively high. It is advisable to store the bread for no more than three days at room temperature. If you can’t finish eating it for a while, it can be stored in the cold after cooling. When you want to eat it, it can be brought back to the temperature or in the oven Bake at low temperature for about 5 minutes; do not put it in the refrigerator, it will age the starch in the bread, accelerate its drying and hardening, and affect the taste.
