Bean Paste Bread

1. Put the eggs, milk, salt, milk powder, sugar, into the bread bucket and mix well.

2. Add high-gluten flour and yeast, stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder, start kneading for 30 minutes.

3. Ferment at room temperature twice as large, divide the red bean paste into equal parts, and round.

4. Press the dough into air, divide it into 8 equal parts, and relax for 15 minutes.

12. Let stand for about 2 minutes.
