This is my bread debut, and I have never dared to get involved in toast. First of all, I am not very interested in noodles. Secondly, I want to retreat from the kneading process of watching other people's posts before I start to make it. However, I still mustered the courage to try it once, wow, it's really exhausting! The kneading process was really too painful. I don't have a bread machine at home, so I have to be honest and practical, knead and knead hard with both hands, but give up without kneading the film.
Fortunately, although it was cold winter on the day of making this bread, it was sunny! This helped the bread fermentation a lot. After I put the dough in the yard and exposed it to the sun for three hours, the dough fermented like an inflated balloon. It was amazing!
Fortunately, this red bean paste bread is finally out. Although it is not well done, it is an experience after all. I hope that if I have the opportunity to make it in the future, I can make it even better. "

Bean Paste Bread

1. Put 500 grams of high-gluten flour into the container, pour the baking powder and stir evenly.

2. Pour in an appropriate amount of powdered sugar and stir well.

3. Beat in an egg and continue to mix well.

4. Pour in a measuring cup of fresh milk and stir well.

5. Knead into dough.

6. Add about 100 grams of butter and continue to knead.

7. I was too weak to knead the dough out of the film, and knead it for about ten minutes.

8. Cover the dough with a layer of gauze, then cover it with a transparent pot, and expose it to the sun for three hours. (Although the temperature is low that day, but luckily the sun is shining)

9. The dough became quite plump, filling the entire vessel.

10. Take it out and continue to knead well.

11. Divide it into equal doses and set aside to let it relax.

12. Then roll it into strips and put the bean paste in.

13. After being rolled, put it in a baking tray and let it continue to ferment for a while.

14. Set the oven to 200 degrees and preheat for ten minutes, then put the baking tray in and bake for 20 minutes.

15. Take out and coat with a layer of egg paddle, and then drizzle with a little black sesame. (It seems to be too profitable, and it's all out of shape.)

16. Put it back in the oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes before taking it out.
