Bean Paste Lard Rice Dumpling

Wash the glutinous rice, soak it for an hour, and drain it

Fold a narrow side of the zong leaf and roll it up, and fold the zong leaf into a funnel shape;

Pour the right amount of rice into the funnel

Sandwich a piece of red bean paste in the middle

Add a piece of lard

Note: The interface of the cotton thread should be processed into glutinous rice food in the form of live joints. The elderly and children should not eat more. The dumplings can be stored in the refrigerator after they are completely cooled.
