Bean Paste Meal Buns

Put all ingredients except butter in the cook machine and knead for 15 minutes, then put the butter in and knead for 10 minutes until the film is formed.

Put the kneaded dough in a warm place and ferment to 2 to 2.5 times its size.

Divide the fermented dough into small doughs of the same size every 10g/portion. Leave it to wake up for 15 minutes.

Flatten the dough and put an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

Wrap the red bean paste and seal it. Place the closed end down.

Wrap it and place it in an 8-inch pizza pan.

Put the wrapped bean paste buns in the oven, put a bowl of hot water at the bottom, heat up and down 35 degrees, ferment for one hour, until the fermented size is about twice the original size.

Brush the surface of the fermented bean paste bun with a layer of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle a little black sesame on the surface. Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees for five minutes.
