Bean Paste Spring Rolls

Prepare the spring roll wrappers.

Spread the spring roll wrappers on the chopping board.
3.
Divide the red bean paste into 20 grams each in advance and make it into long strips. Place it on one end of the spring roll wrapper.

Fold up one end of the spring roll wrapper to wrap the red bean paste.
5.
Fold the left and right sides of the spring roll wrapper in half toward the middle.
6.
Fold up the spring roll skin with the red bean paste filling.
7.
Grease a nonstick pan and heat it up. Put the red bean paste spring rolls in a pot and fry them over a medium-low heat.
8.
After frying on one side, turn it over and fry again, and both sides will become golden brown.
