Bean Paste, Tofu, Bean Pastry

Choose Doubanjiang or Douban Hot Sauce for use;

After the frozen broad beans are thawed, wash and set aside;

After thawing frozen edamame, wash and set aside;

After the onion is washed, diced and set aside;

Chop pork into minced meat for later use;

After washing the marinated tofu, cut into small pieces and soak in water, and put them together with the processed ingredients in the side dish for later use;

Cooking methods:
1. Pour the pot with pepper oil, green onion, ginger and stir fragrant, add bean paste, appropriate amount of bean paste, minced meat, cooking wine, stir fry over low heat to get the sauce fragrant;
2. After adding onion, watercress, and edamame, stir-fry for a while, stir well with appropriate amount of water and white sugar, and simmer for a while to make the watercress crispy and fragrant;

3. After the douban crisps are cooked, add the braised tofu and stir-fry evenly, then bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to a slow fire to simmer and cook the ingredients.
4. After the ingredients are cooked and flavored, pour in an appropriate amount of fresh seasoning for June, stir fry, collect the juice to thicken the plate and pour in the sesame oil;
