Beans and Red Date Rice Dumplings
1.
Soak the ingredients in advance, or not soak, and it will take a long time to cook.
2.
Take two leaves and stack them together, fold them in half into a funnel shape, and put a little rice and beans.
3.
Put 3 or 4 dates.
4.
Fill the funnel with rice.
5.
The leaf folds towards itself, covering the rice.
6.
Tie tightly with the rope, put it in a pressure cooker and cook for an hour after wrapping it up.
7.
After simmering thoroughly, take it out and eat. Don't turn off the heat for an hour.
Tips:
The cooking time depends on the number and size of the rice dumplings, how long the rice bubble is actually cooked without soaking it, cooking for 1 hour is just a reference time.
