Beans with Tahini Sauce

Wash the tender beans and cut into 5 cm long sections

Pour the cut beans into a pot of boiling water and blanch. Put a few arowana blending oils to keep the color and luster

Remove the beans and put them in cold water for cooling, remove and drain for later use

Add a little salt, chicken essence, chili oil and mix well
5.
Pour the tahini sauce on the mixed beans
6.
Use red pepper diced. Garnish with minced garlic
