It's another year of weight loss season, and I was ready to get along with my fatty crab, but after last week, almost everyone was discussing the importance of image and temperament with me. Ever since, this week, I have this curative summer vegetable dish. The key sausage (even if it is a dish, there must be no meat!!!) makes the whole style of painting beautiful in an instant, and the style is gentle enough to not even a little bit. Aggressiveness, it seems that no matter how much you eat, you won't get fat. It is really the gospel choice for carnivores to lose weight.

Ingredients

1. Sprinkle salt on the eggplant and drain the water.

2. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and the onion into pieces and set aside.

3. Pour oil in the enamel pot, add onions and fry them to create a fragrance.

4. Add the drained eggplant.

5. Add string beans one by one.

6. Add bell pepper and stir fry.

7. Stir well, add the sausage and stir fry.

8. Cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes on medium-low heat. Add salt and pepper according to your taste before serving.
