Bear Butter Cookies
1.
Prepare the ingredients, take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, soften at room temperature (to toothpaste-like), add in powdered sugar and mix well, then add the beaten egg liquid in portions, stirring well each time.
2.
Stir the butter as shown below, then sift into the low-gluten flour, stir evenly, and mix into a dough.
3.
All the mixed dough is 345g and divide it into two parts (172g one part). One part is mixed with cocoa powder and kneaded. Divide the plain dough into two portions of 13g and 160g, and divide the cocoa powder dough into three portions of 10g, 10g, and 152g.
4.
The original 13g dough and 10g cocoa dough are rolled into the shape shown in the figure (both are 20cm oblong strips) and placed in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until the dough becomes hard. Roll out the remaining cocoa and plain dough into a length of 20cm, wide enough to wrap the required dough. Cut out two 1cm wide strips of plain dough
5.
After freezing, wrap the bear's nose with cocoa noodles, stick the ears on both sides, and put a 1cm wide strip of original flavor in the middle of the ears, as shown in the picture. The oil-coated paper is compacted and flattened.
6.
Roll up the remaining plain dough, and flatten it again with grease-covered paper. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes and then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
7.
After the whole cookie bar is frozen hard, cut into 5mm wide slices.
8.
Preheat the oven for 170 minutes and bake for 10-15 minutes. After baking for 7-8 minutes, you can cover with tin foil to prevent the surface from getting too dark. After baking, use a pigmented pen to draw a cute expression.
9.
Little bear cookies are just fine~~~
Tips:
1. The dough must be frozen hard before cutting, otherwise it will be easily deformed.
2. In order not to have any gaps in the future, it is best to wrap the dough with greased paper, and it is best to compact and flatten the dough between each step by hand.
3. Many friends reported that the dough is easy to break when kneaded. You can try to knead it into a dough and refrigerate it for a while to solidify the fat in the dough and let the dough fully absorb the moisture inside. In this way, the dough becomes flatter after being rolled, and it is not sticky, making it easy to shape.
4. You can also use chocolate pen or black sesame for your expression!
