The children are on summer vacation and they are all at home. During this time, my family makes more desserts. Because children love this, my little girl likes cakes. I made this bear cake at home on weekends and added cocoa powder to the cream. colour. Without any additives, it is absolutely safe and hygienic. Haha, it doesn't know how to decorate flowers. It just looks like a little bear, and it feels very lifelike when finished. When making chiffon cake bases, I made two at once, an 8-inch round mold. This time I used it, once with an 8-inch hollow mold. Therefore, the steps shown in the picture below are double copies. I only used one to make this bear cake, and I wrote the amount of one in the ingredients.

Bear Cake

1. White and egg yolk separation

2. Add 20 grams of soft white sugar to the egg yolks and mix well

3. Add salad oil and stir well

4. Add milk and mix well

5. Then add the sifted flour

6. Stir gently, do not over-stir, so as to prevent the flour from becoming gluten, set aside the well-stirred egg batter

7. Use a cook machine to beat the egg whites until they are in the shape of a fish-eye bubble, add 50 grams of soft white sugar, and continue to beat until the egg whites begin to thicken

8. When the egg white can pull out a short, upright sharp corner, it indicates that it has reached a dry foaming state and can stop whipping.

9. Put 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, and gently stir with a rubber spatula (turn up from the bottom, do not stir in a circular motion, so as to avoid the egg whites defoaming)

10. After mixing evenly, pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white bowl, and stir evenly with the same method until the egg white and egg yolk paste are fully mixed

11. Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, smooth it, hold the mold with your hands and shake it twice on the table to shake out the large bubbles inside

12. Put it in the preheated oven, 150 degrees, about 50-60 minutes.

13. The baked cake is taken out of the oven, and immediately buckled on the cooling rack until it cools, and then demoulded

14. Add 50 grams of soft white sugar and cocoa powder to animal whipped cream

15. Put it in the chef's machine and turn on the third gear.

16. Put part of the cocoa butter into the piping bag

17. Take the cake dough and remove the edges and corners with a knife

18. Use a spatula to scoop up the cocoa butter and smooth all the sides of the cake base

19. Use a piping bag to squeeze all the sides of the cake with small flowers

20. Then use a spatula to shovel a piece of cocoa butter as shown in the picture, smooth it, and pile up the bear’s mouth

21. Squeeze the white cream

22. Use four chocolate bars, as shown in the picture, on the cake, show the ears and eyes, and use white cream to dot two dots on the eyes

23. Use chocolate sauce to draw the bear’s nose and mouth line on the mouth, and the bear cake is ready

24. Finished product

Tips:

I made two at once, but when I wrote the ingredients, I wrote the amount of one. Those who don't know how to decorate flowers and want to eat cream cake can try it.
