Bear Toast
1.
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading program (the yogurt is thicker)
2.
After the program ends, put in butter and start the kneading program again
3.
After the end, take out the dough and gently pull the film out (you can knead the dough once or twice as needed after putting in the butter)
4.
Take a large pot, apply oil evenly on the wall of the pot, round the dough and put it in the pot, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment
5.
Take it out when it is twice as large as it is fermented, and poke a hole with a finger dipped in flour.
6.
Take out the dough, roll it out and cut out a small piece
7.
The small piece is divided into two and put into the two ear parts of the bear mold, and the remaining dough is rounded and put into the mold
8.
Cover the lid and continue to ferment to double the size
9.
Cover the lid and put it in the preheated oven. Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes. Take it out and slice it. Use a chocolate pen to draw a bear shape. You can eat it.
