Bear Toast
1.
Pour the eggs and milk into the bread machine, and put the salt and sugar on the two corners of the bread machine
2.
Put in high-gluten flour, dig a hole in the upper layer, put in the yeast, and press the kneading mode of the bread machine
3.
When kneading into a smooth dough, add softened butter and continue to knead until it is fully expanded.
4.
Put it in a clean basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment to double the size in a warm place
5.
After the fermentation is complete, take out the exhaust
6.
Divide the dough into two small doughs to make bear ears
7.
Put a large or two small dough into a toast mold shaped like a bear
8.
Put it in the oven and ferment until it is eight or nine minutes full, then cover the lid
9.
Preheat the oven at 170°C for ten minutes, put the mold in the middle and lower layer, heat up and down at 160°C, and bake for 40 minutes. After cooling, slice the toast
10.
Put a small piece of chocolate into the piping bag, and the insulated water melts
11.
Cut a small opening in the front of the piping bag, and use chocolate to draw the bear’s eyes, nose, and mouth. A cute bear toast is just fine. Is it cute? Just eat it
