Beef and Cabbage Dumplings

Add flour and water to knead into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add pepper water, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the beef filling. Oyster sauce and pepper, stir vigorously in one direction.

Prepare some chopped green onion and ginger.

Add the minced meat, top with sesame oil and mix well.

Chinese cabbage is chopped and squeezed to dry water. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil and mix well, so that the cabbage will not flow out.
