Beef and Cheese Braised Rice

Ingredients: 45g beef cubes, 100g rice, 30g carrots, a small piece of cheese, appropriate amount of baby salt, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, appropriate amount of chopped green onion (white part), and a small amount of soy sauce

Wash the rice and set aside

Boil the beef cubes in a pan under cold water.

Boil vegetable oil at the bottom of the pot, stir-fry the chopped green onion and put it in the cheese; melt the cheese slightly, add beef, and stir-fry the diced carrots; add soy sauce and salt at a time and stir-fry out of the pot.

Wash the rice, add water (1:1.5) and then add the fried ingredients to the soaked rice; steam on the pot for 30-40 minutes

After 30-40 minutes of steaming, the beef and cheese stew is complete

The method of steaming and braising reduces the loss of nutrients in the ingredients and is more suitable for babies to eat.
