Beef and Leek Buns

Cut the beef into small pieces and place them in a blender.

Put an appropriate amount of meat on the dough.

Pinch into folds with your hands, close the mouth and pinch tightly.

Arrange the wrapped buns, leave some space in the middle, start steaming with cold water, turn off the heat for 15-20 minutes, and then uncover the pan after 5 minutes, so that it will not collapse easily.
