Beef Bone Carrot Soup

Soak the bones in water for two hours to remove blood

Soak it and put it in a pot to boil in boiling water
3.
Rinse after the water is boiled
4.
Add enough water to the soup at one time, add ginger slices, rice wine, and five drops of white vinegar, bring to a boil, simmer for three hours

Add radish and salt
6.
Simmer for another 20 minutes
