Beef Bone Soup

Put a little oil in the pan, add the sliced green onion, ginger and garlic when the oil is hot, stir fragrant, add the beef bones and stir fry.

Stir until the meat on the beef bone turns white.

Add boiling water and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour.

Peel and dice carrots. Pour into the pot.
5.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Peel and cut the tomatoes into the soup.
6.
Continue to simmer until the tomatoes are all combined with the soup.
