Beef Carrot Pot Stickers
1.
Put ginger powder, pepper powder, oil, salt, and chopped green onion in the minced beef.
2.
Stir evenly and set aside for later use.
3.
Rub the green radish into thin shreds (if you rub thick shreds, just chop them briefly), and don’t make them too thin.
4.
The rubbed radish is squeezed out of water by hand and put into the minced beef, leaving a little bit of water, and the taste is more fresh.
5.
Stir the minced meat evenly. If it feels too dry, add less radish water.
6.
Put the right amount of filling in the dumpling wrapper and make it longer. If you have time, you can make the skins by yourself, because I don't have time to get off work, so I bought ready-made skins.
7.
Seal it in the middle and leave mouths on both sides. No need to pinch too tightly.
8.
The code is ready for use.
9.
Brush the electric baking pan with oil.
10.
No need to wait for the oil to heat up directly into the pot stickers
11.
Brush the potstickers with light oil and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Cover the lid with potstickers, and it takes 10-15 minutes to control the time according to the ratio of your own meat and radish.
12.
Our family has always eaten dumplings with garlic, traditional families come (*^__^*) [Please ignore the same garlic as garlic slices, I can’t ask others to work too much...
Tips:
1 If the beef is too lean, add a little pork belly. 2 If there is no electric baking pan, you can use a frying pan, but you need to add cold water half of the pot stickers to fry. 3 The ratio of beef to radish is well controlled, and a little more radish tastes fresher.
